Pressure Control Technology
SMV45 features advanced pressure control technology with multi-level force recognition. The system distinguishes between tap (light touch), press (moderate force), and deep press (sustained pressure) to enable intuitive, button-free interaction. Users can trigger different functions by applying different force levels—ideal for wearables, smart toys, rehabilitation devices, and other products requiring natural, gesture-based control.
Control logic supports long press, short press, continuous press, and other recognition modes. The configurable multi-level force thresholds allow developers to tune sensitivity and step size for varying application needs. All interaction data flows bidirectionally for real-time device-app coordination.
Micro-Force Sensor
SMV45 uses VTrump's in-house micro-force sensor—the same core technology shared across SMV10 and SMV15. The sensor combines piezoresistive elements with low-noise analog front-end and adaptive filtering to accurately detect small pressure changes from light touch to heavy press.
The sensor integrates temperature compensation and self-calibration for consistent accuracy in varied environments. Output data is filtered and denoised for direct use in control logic or applications without extra signal conditioning. High sensitivity, wide range, and low drift ensure reliable performance for both pressure interaction and Kegel training.
Kegel Training Support
SMV45 supports Kegel training alongside its pressure control capabilities. Users can perform pelvic floor muscle exercises with real-time force feedback, leveraging the same micro-force sensing technology that powers the professional-grade SMV10 and SMV15. The device provides measurable biofeedback to guide correct exertion and track progress.
Integration with OpenVibe Hub enables training data sync, remote monitoring, and unified device management. SMV45 is suited for advanced users who want both pressure-based interaction and Kegel training in a single device, or for developers building multi-modal health and wellness applications.
